Terms
all rates subject to sales tax
PRIVATE (Brandywine, Hunters, Wildflower, Sweetheart and Organ Loft) room rates are for one or two people per night including full cooked breakfast. Additional persons are $25 each
Children are welcome at the Fireside Inn in the Brandywine Suite, Hunters Room and in the summer the Organ Loft. Additional charge for children are 0-3 years $10 per child and 4-12 years $15 per child. Crib and high chair available on request. On-site babysitting available by prior arrangement.
DORMITORY rates are per person per night lodging only
Cabin and Bothie rates are for one or two people per night lodging only. Additional person in Cabin would be $25

General Info
Check in between 4pm and 8:30pm. Late arrival by arrangement, please call.
Check out time is no later than 10am
Sorry no pets. There is a kennel in Breckenridge who will board your pet.
Please no smoking.
Booking Policy
Reservations are strongly recommended especially during the Winter season
VISA and MasterCard accepted
Reservations require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
Full payment is required if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date
Minimum night stay may be required
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $25 per person handling fee
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the room/bed is rebooked and then minus a $25 per person handling fee
